Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Team Leader – Quality Assurance to lead and manage our QA team.
You’ll ensure that AI-processed outputs meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Vendor teams, along with continuous training and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily task allocation and ensure timely QA delivery across projects.
- Prioritize urgent (“on-the-fly”) requests without disrupting ongoing work.
- Monitor post-review QA task completion for SLA compliance.
- Serve as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Liaise with vendor teams and external makers for clarity and consistency.
- Track recurring QA issues and share insights with Product and Engineering.
- Lead QA documentation and workflow training sessions bi-weekly.
- Conduct 1:1s with QA team members for feedback and performance alignment.
- Coordinate project execution, handoffs, and client delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in QA or operations with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Experience in AI-enabled or tech workflows is a plus.
