What’s Expected From You (Besides Knowing How to Use a Calendar)
As our SMB Account Executive, you’ll work with clients with annual revenues between $10 million and $1 billion in annual revenue — large enough to be structured, but small enough to move fast.
At Pibit.AI, your mission is to acquire new logos across the U.S. insurance landscape — carriers, MGAs, and other industry players.
You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first outreach to signed contract.
You’ll own everything: outbound outreach, demos, stakeholder management, contract negotiations, CRM hygiene, and closing deals that count.
Your ARR quota: $300K.

Bonus points if you understand insurance terminology and can speak confidently about underwriting workflows.”

You’ll Crush It In This Role If
- You have 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the SMB or mid-market segment.
- You’re skilled at objection handling, solution design, and complex negotiation.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- You take initiative, follow through reliably, and prospect proactively.
- You’re proficient in HubSpot CRM, with bonus points for experience using SalesNav, Lusha, DataNyze, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- You’re travel-ready — approximately 30 days per year for U.S. client meetings.
- Insurance doesn’t scare you: you know what an MGA is. Bonus if you’ve dealt with underwriting or claims workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle & Prospecting: Own the entire sales process from cold outreach to contract signature.
- Solution Selling & Demos: Deliver tailored demos that clearly communicate the value of our platform.”
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with underwriting, claims, IT, and other key teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver strong proof-of-concepts.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver reliable forecasts.
- Account Growth: While focused on new logos, spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities whenever possible.
