We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI, automation, and data programs powering Pibit's underwriting intelligence platform. You will orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Operations, and Sales, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excels at bringing structure, clarity, and execution rigor to dynamic teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage large-scale AI, automation, and data programs across global markets with on-time, high-quality delivery.
Drive predictable execution through Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Build and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
Act as the connective bridge between Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Operations, and Sales to align goals and remove blockers.
Manage client expectations, success metrics, timelines, and delivery KPIs across the project lifecycle.
Ensure seamless stakeholder communication, clarity, and accountability across all project streams.
Lead client calls, requirement scoping, workflow definition, and technical feasibility discussions.
Translate client needs into detailed delivery plans and support long-term product adoption.
Support pilots, renewals, and expansion opportunities with structured delivery insights.
Identify delivery gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and drive scalable process and workflow improvements.
Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and execution cadences for delivery teams.
Improve team throughput, reduce delivery churn, and enhance cross-functional coordination.
Maintain real-time visibility into delivery health, risks, blockers, budgets, capacity, and timelines.
Build dashboards that improve visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.
Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and quality expectations across all initiatives.

Requirements

6–10 years of Project or Program Management experience in a B2B environment.
Proven track record delivering large-scale or multi-project AI/data programs (global delivery experience is a plus).
Strong experience working with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Operations, and Sales teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, execution planning, and project governance.
Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills including requirement gathering, scoping, and expectation management.
Exposure to pre-sales or solutioning (pilot scoping, feasibility checks, effort estimation) is a plus.
Experience improving processes, reporting visibility, and delivery timelines in high-growth environments.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, and 0–1 or scaling startup environments.
