Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition for mid to large sized commercial P&C carriers and MGAs in the U.S. market. You will own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close — while building long-term revenue relationships. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role reporting directly to the CEO, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, excels at navigating complex buying groups, and is motivated by meaningful ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end to end sales process including prospecting, qualification, product demos, and contract closure for target carrier and MGA accounts.
  • Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a healthy sales pipeline with strong operational discipline.
  • Engage confidently with C-suite, underwriting, innovation, and operations leaders to uncover business challenges and position Pibit’s platform as a high-impact solution.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand underwriting, operations, and data workflows and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design impactful evaluations, ensure smooth handoffs, and drive successful onboarding.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Contribute to improving sales messaging, outbound processes, and overall go-to-market execution for future scale.
  • Represent Pibit at industry events, customer meetings, and onsite sessions across the U.S. as required.

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally in SaaS or insurtech.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Strong ability to build and navigate executive-level relationships with clarity and credibility.
  • Hands-on experience with modern CRM systems and sales enablement tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with the P&C or Specialty Insurance landscape is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to business workflows is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the U.S. for customer meetings, conferences, and market-facing activities.
