We are looking for a Product Manager - Platform (Onsite, Bengaluru) to own and scale the core platform that powers our AI driven underwriting solutions for commercial insurers in the U.S. market. You will define and deliver the roadmap for governance, workflows, platform services, and APIs that sit at the center of the CURE ecosystem. This is a senior, hands on product role for someone who enjoys systems thinking, technical depth, and customer centric problem solving. You will work closely with engineering, ML, and client facing teams to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and designed for real world underwriting workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the product roadmap for platform capabilities across governance, workflow management, core services, and API integrations.
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
Take end to end ownership of new platform tools and features from problem definition and design through development, launch, and iteration.
Partner with engineering to prioritize scalability, reliability, security, and performance improvements in the platform.
Write detailed product requirements for platform enhancements, support sprint planning, and validate releases against real customer use cases.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform platform strategy and identify differentiating capabilities.
Work with client facing teams to gather feedback, understand customer pain points, and ensure platform features support key underwriting and operations workflows.
Define and track product KPIs, working with analytics teams to measure adoption, engagement, and performance.
Contribute to documentation, release notes, and training material for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in B2B SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, integrations, and cloud based environments.
Demonstrated ability to break down complex technical and workflow problems into structured, actionable product solutions.
Comfort working with data to define KPIs, interpret dashboards, and support prioritization decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, ML, design, and business teams.
Genuine interest in AI and ML technologies and curiosity about the insurance or fintech space.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
