We are looking for a Director of Sales (Bengaluru, with travel to the U.S.) to lead our new business motion with commercial P&C carriers and MGAs. You will own the revenue number for net new ARR and build a high performing AE team that brings the CURE platform into strategic U.S. accounts. This is a senior, hands on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable in late stage deal conversations, team coaching sessions, and revenue reviews with the CEO. You will design the sales playbook, scale the team, and help shape Pibit.ai's go to market engine for the next phase of growth.
