Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager - U.S. to own long term commercial relationships and revenue growth across our carrier and MGA customers using the CURE underwriting platform. You will be responsible for renewals, expansion, and executive alignment within a focused portfolio of U.S. accounts. This is a high impact, customer facing role for someone who is comfortable with strategic conversations, commercial negotiations, and data driven storytelling. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Delivery, and Product to protect and grow revenue while ensuring customers realize measurable value from CURE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of U.S. carrier and MGA accounts with clear accountability for revenue retention and expansion.
  • Build multi level relationships with CUOs, CIOs, underwriting leaders, innovation teams, and operations stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that capture goals, key workflows, adoption trends, risk flags, and expansion opportunities.
  • Own the full renewal cycle, including planning, value articulation, proposal alignment, and contract execution.
  • Identify and drive cross sell and upsell opportunities across CURE modules such as loss run automation, small commercial intake, ACORD digitization, triage, and appetite.
  • Deliver consistent NRR growth across your book of business while aligning pricing, volumes, and commercials with delivered ROI.
  • Engage executive sponsors and key decision makers through structured communication, strategic reviews, and roadmap discussions.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure strong adoption, measurable outcomes, and clear value realization narratives.
  • Lead QBRs and MBRs with customer executives, highlighting automation outcomes, SLA performance, and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing on contracts, roadmap feedback, case studies, and conference engagement.

Requirements

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing and growing enterprise or mid market accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with U.S. P&C or Specialty Insurance carriers or MGAs is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with comfort owning renewals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives including CUOs, CIOs, underwriting leaders, and innovation teams.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to combine usage data and workflow insights into clear ROI narratives.
  • Experience operating in high growth or startup environments where processes and playbooks are still evolving.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and organization skills.
